WorkTech Leave Time is an absence management module that provides employee self-service for leave requests, and manager self-service for leave planning, review, and approval. It handles all aspects of leave time management with an easy-to-use web user interface. WorkTech Leave Time reduces the time employees spend managing their leave requests, and increases the efficiency with which supervisors and managers can reviewing/approve leave requests. Automated workflow ensures that requests, approvals, and denials reach the appropriate individual.

WorkTech Leave Time helps Supervisors improve productivity by integrating leave requests with a staff availability grid to give them the tools they need to review/approve leave requests. Leave Time gives Supervisors the tools to:
- View outstanding leave requests by shift, crew, department, or policy
- View and approve/reject leave requests in the context of work schedules for staff availability
- Add approved leave to a group calendar in Outlook, Google or iCal
- Optionally create labor transactions for approved leave requests
WorkTech Leave Time supports multiple leave accrual and consumption rules, and supports initial benefit deposits, donated leave, and deferred accruals. Benefit balances can also be integrated with all leading HR/Payroll systems so that all systems are in synch. The result is a robust, rules-based system that gives Employees and Supervisors the tools they need to accurately and efficiently manage Leave Time.
