Custom Training By WorkTech

Approach

Training key personnel and end users is a proven success factor in any implementation. It is the crowning task in the implementation process. Often, a customer has many end-users and administrators to train, and they have divergent skills and training needs. WorkTech often addresses this need with a blended approach that mixes classroom and Web-based training media.

Competencies

Our consultants can help you:

  • Design instructional programs that are best suited to your audience.
  • Develop learning materials for presentation in the classroom and over the Web.
  • Deliver training in the classroom and over the Web.
  • Produce customized training, which, when coupled with the customer's data and custom applications, can help target the users' tasks.
