Implementation

All our implementations adhere to the principles and processes of Project Management. A project is defined as a specific scope of work within the constraints of costs, deliverables and resources over a specific timeline. The Project is also defined in WorkTech's internal control systems, using our own WorkTech Time and Maximo.

Transfer of Ownership

We transfer ownership and system knowledge to your Task Force throughout the duration of the project. However, towards the end of the project, we need to plan and complete the transfer. Our basic message is: It is your system, you need to own it now. The most important aspect of transferring ownership is, of course, training.
