WorkTech develops a close working relationship with the client project team. Together, they can make timely and informed decision for the organization. With mutually agreed and identified milestones, customer satisfaction checkpoints are incorporated into the plan throughout the project. To help the client maximize solution acceptance and self-reliance, WorkTech's project team will continuously engage with the client's resources in order to transfer knowledge to their workforce population. An essential element of any implementation is the training of key personnel and end users. WorkTech Training can include a train-the-trainer approach as well as customized training to meet the customer's specific needs.

WorkTech's project manager and consultants will guide the client's team from a project-oriented, pre-production environment to a successful and live production operation supported by WorkTech Product Support.
