Jack Hall has been making his mark in the software industry for over three decades. Before founding Work Technology in 1993, he held several senior executive leadership positions at MRO Software, the leading provider of e-business solutions for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). MRO Software was acquired by IBM in 2006.
Jack, who holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree from M.I.T. as well as an advanced degree in civil engineering, leveraged his education in the real estate industry as a developer of commercial and residential properties and eventually coupled his extensive background with numerous disciplines of asset management leading him to found Work Technology. Jack’s maniacal focus has been on addressing client’s needs with a robust set of enterprise capabilities designed to collect, track, and manage employee and contractor time.
Born and raised in Holland and currently residing in British Columbia, JJ has been with WorkTech since June of 2000 in various engineering and development roles. Most recently, JJ has been responsible for driving and executing the corporate development platform and strategy for the Company.
JJ and his team have been instrumental in bringing the next generation WorkTech Productivity Suite to the marketplace delivering a set of full featured, highly configurable web applications that are unmatched in terms of functional ability and technological stability.
Nathan has been part of the WorkTech team for a dozen years, starting as a software developer migrating WorkTech Time to the web and then taking on a consulting role where he was involved in numerous installations and upgrades.
Nathan, who holds a Computer Engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), now drives the consulting, training, and service partnerships for the Company and oversees a global team of delivery professionals responsible for ensuring client value from the WorkTech Suite.
Trevor joined WorkTech in July 2016 as a Sales Engineer. This experience provided a comprehensive understanding of WorkTech’s products, their underlying technology, and their application in driving value for asset-intensive businesses. Since moving into the role of Sales Director, Trevor has used this focused approach to expand WorkTech’s footprint across multiple global markets and develop valuable relationships with domestic and international business partners.
Trevor holds a degree in Economics from Binghamton University (SUNY). In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, attending Celtics games and exploring the Greater Boston area.
Andy first joined WorkTech as a consultant in 1998 and assisted with key development and implementation efforts. After multiple successful assignments in a consulting role, he was hired in 2011 and has since adopted the role of Director of Consulting Services & Customer Support.
Andy oversees WorkTech’s technical support functions and is a leader in the software’s implementation and integration efforts. Andy’s extensive experience supporting clients informs his valuable strategic input to WorkTech’s product roadmap.
Andy holds a BSc in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington, where he currently resides.
Ted Williams’ strong business acumen in sales, marketing, and management has translated into long term growth and success for a multitude of enterprise software companies where he has held executive leadership positions.
Ted prides himself on being genuine and approachable with a strong focus on responding to the needs of customers to improve service levels and develop functional strategies that align with their business strategies. He has managed a wide array of customers and projects among numerous vertical markets and his strong vigor for positive results has helped propel the success of every company he has worked for.
Ted, who holds and MBA from San Francisco State University and BS, Civil/Structural Engineering from Northeastern University, is an active member of several highly respected and established business associations and supports an array of charitable foundations on Cape Cod and on a national level.
