Ownership

Work Technology Corporation (WorkTech) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.worktech.com.

Profile

We store information that we collect from subscribers in a database. The set of information is called a profile. A profile consists of the following information:

• name
• company name and size
• department
• business address
• business phone number
• e-mail address

In addition we ask you for you interests from a list of our products and services, and those interests are also kept in your profile. We use the information in your profile to provide offers to you, to direct pertinent marketing promotions, and to improve the content of the WorkTech Web site.

We do not share your profile or its contents with other parties.

You can modify your profile at any time by clicking on the appropriate link that appears in every e-mail message that you receive from WorkTech.

Newsletter

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, you must supply contact information such as your name and e-mail address. If you sign up for the newsletter your information becomes a profile in our database.

You may opt out of your newsletter subscription at any time. See the Choice/Opt Out section below.

Product News and Updates

We will communicate product news and update announcements to you based on your choices that you indicated when you registered.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send users an e-mail. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, although they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and to respond to issues relating to their account. We reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with the user''s wishes.

Business Transitions

Correcting, Updating, Deleting, or Deactivating Personal Information

However, if you have opted out of receiving e-mail from WorkTech, or deleted or deactivated your subscription, then you will not be contacted, nor will your personal information be used in this new manner.
