E. Jackson Hall, CEO
Jack Hall founded Work Technology Corporation in 1993. From the very beginning, he has taken great pride in its most valuable resource: Its employees.
Over the past 15 years, Jack has fostered a culture that encourages individual development, creativity, empowerment and team building, and, most importantly, respect for fellow workers and clients alike. Prior to starting WorkTech, he was the director of Maximo® development, support, and marketing at MRO Software, Inc.
Jack brings 30 years of experience in business to WorkTech. His entrepreneurial spirit was sharply honed the real estate industry as he developed commercial and residential properties, first as Vice President of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, and then as principal and owner of Hall Davison & Company. Jack received his bachelors and masters degrees from M.I.T., along with an advanced degree in civil engineering.

Richard Bowen, CFO and Treasurer
Richard Bowen has been with WorkTech for the past 15 years. Richard is responsible for finance, accounting, contract negotiation, and administration. His financial management skills were developed at Citibank, National Bank of North America, Inforex, and Atex. Richard brings 30 years of experience in finance and in business building to WorkTech. He also contributes to the development of the financial aspects of accounting interface products. Richard has an A.B. in History from Princeton University and completed course work for an MBA at New York University.

Tom Frederick, Sr., Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Since joining WorkTech in 2000, Tom Frederick has provided a new dimension to management to help create and execute the company''s vision for the 21st century. Tom brings with him a combination of skills in strategic marketing and customer-focused solutions selling.
Prior to WorkTech, Tom worked at Sara Lee Corporation, where he served in several senior management capacities in sales and marketing and business development. In total, Tom has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, including both corporate and field business development, establishment and management of direct and reseller sales networks, employee development, and team building skills.

Roger Shaw, Vice President and Co-Director, WorkTech Professional Services
Roger brings over 25 years of consulting experience to WorkTech, while his professional experience spans over four decades.
A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Masters in Nuclear Engineering, Roger worked as a Radiological Health Physicist for Rutgers University and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for four years. Later, he became a Reactor Engineer for Nuclear Energy Services in Danbury, Conn. and GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek and Three Mile Island nuclear power stations, where he was responsible for the support of the 640 MWe Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) and fuel pool management.
In 1984, Roger’s energy shift to consulting when he became Principal Owner and Consultant for Edge Corporation, a firm dedicated to providing data integration and visualization support to clients within the power industry. His firm helped identify causes of generation losses of several megawatts and design devices for the removal of resin beads from nuclear reactor fuel bundles. From 1989 to 1992, he was a Reliability Centered Maintenance Analyst for General Physics Corporation, a technical services company with an engineering group with a dedicated focus on performance engineering and power generation. During his time at General Physics, he provided RCM consulting services to Eli Lilly at their Clinton production facility in Terra Haute, Ind.
He also spent time in the same role for Erin, Inc. and as a System Engineer for The NUCON Group before becoming Implementation Manager for Data Systems & Solutions. During his six years at DS&S, Roger was responsible for the Energy Services Group, providing consulting, software, and integration services primarily in support of Equipment Asset Management. His clients at the time included conEd, Commonwealth Edison, Pepco, Duke Energy, Georgia Transmission, and New York State Electric & Gas. He provided leadership in the development, consultation, and implementation of information analysis systems that tie business data to resource allocation.
His final stop before coming to WorkTech was at Loma Consulting, where he was the Vice President of Integration Services for five years. At Loma, he led efforts to implement the EPRI Maintenance Management Workstation. His specialty at Loma was the integration of data systems for the capture of data and the reduction of data for business decision support. He was a key member of the Loma team for the implementation of MRO Maximo, MXES CMMS/EAM application suite/solution, and the MEA. He was a leader for Loma’s Maximo implementation practices.
